Summer Explorer Camp Dates: June 16 – June 27 Camp location: TTCF Education Building. AI Authors is your chance to turn your ideas into a digital masterpiece using the latest AI tools. Whether you dream of writing a graphic novel, an adventure story, or even recording your own audiobook, this camp gives you the skills and guidance to make it happen. Hands-on AI-assisted book creation: Learn how to use artificial intelligence to brainstorm, write, and design your own digital book. Canva Storyboarding: Full Summer Pro campers will complete the “Create a Storyboard Using Canva” guided Coursera course, while all campers get hands-on design lessons to bring their stories to life. Publish & Share: Turn your story into a digital book for Amazon KDP, a YouTube digital storybook, or even an AI-powered audiobook! Collaborative & Fun: Share ideas, get feedback, and level up your storytelling skills in a supportive, creative environment. Book Showcase & Review: Present your finished digital book and see it featured on the NextGen AI Authors YouTube Channel, where friends, family, and fans can leave reviews! Choose Your Adventure: Summer Explorer: Jump into our popular 1-week beginner explorer camp or take a deep dive into our 2-week learning camp—perfect for a creative boost! Write it. Design it. Publish it. Share your story with the world—powered by AI! NextGen AI Summer Membership Unlock a summer of innovation, creativity, and hands-on tech learning with the NextGen AI Summer Membership! Skip the upfront cost—spread your payments evenly across three months. Membership Benefits: Guaranteed placement in all NextGen AI camp tracks Priority access to special events, guest speakers, and grant competitions Supportive environment for building friendships and tech skills Simplified registration and payment for busy families How to Enroll: Choose “NextGen AI Summer Membership” when registering, and your membership will be activated for the entire summer. Monthly payments are automatically billed. TIPS: - ALL NextGen AI camps are for students currently in 6th grade-12th grade - Apply for a scholarship online or in person - Students in the 2 week Explorer Camp or Full Summer Pro camps are eligible for our business grants

Cancellation Policy
How to Enroll: All classes and camps must be booked through the Tech Time Cincinnati Foundation website. Available sessions and time slots are displayed in real time. Advance Booking: We recommend enrolling as early as possible to secure your preferred session. Some programs may fill quickly. Confirmation: After enrolling, you will receive a confirmation email with your session details. Please review this information carefully and contact us immediately if any corrections are needed. Payment: For paid programs, full payment is required at the time of enrollment via our secure online payment system. Memberships and scholarship programs may have other payment options. Preparation: For certain classes or mentorship sessions, you may be asked to provide relevant information or complete pre-camp assignments to enhance your learning experience. Standard Cancellations: You may cancel or reschedule your enrollment up to 14 days before the scheduled start time with no penalty. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 14 days before the session start time will incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the program fee to cover reserved resources and staffing. For free programs, no fee is charged, but we kindly ask you to notify us as soon as possible so we can offer the spot to others. No-Shows: If you do not attend your scheduled class or camp without prior notice, this will be considered a no-show. No-shows for paid programs will be charged the full program fee and may be restricted from future bookings. Refunds: For eligible cancellations made within the permitted time frame, a full refund will be issued within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Program Cancellation by Tech Time Cincinnati Foundation: Tech Time Cincinnati Foundation reserves the right to cancel any session due to insufficient enrollment, instructor illness, inclement weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. If we cancel a session you are enrolled in, you will be notified as soon as possible and offered the choice of A full refund of the program fee paid. Transferring your enrollment to another available session at no additional charge.
