Level up your summer and bring your game ideas to life at Game Design Academy! Whether you’re into epic adventures, puzzle games, or wild new worlds, this camp is your launchpad for creating, coding, and selling your very own video game. Dive into hands-on sessions where you’ll design characters and levels, learn the basics of game programming, and create digital art—all with the support of experienced instructors and fellow gamers. Create & Code: Use popular game engines like Unity or Godot to build your own playable game from scratch—no experience needed! Design Like a Pro: Craft unique characters, immersive worlds, and cool effects with digital art tools and AI-powered design tips. Playtest & Improve: Collaborate with other campers to test, tweak, and perfect your game for maximum fun and challenge. Sell Your Game: Learn how to publish your finished game online (think itch.io or Steam) and discover strategies to market and monetize your creation. Showcase & Compete: Present your game at our end-of-camp showcase, get feedback from real players, and compete for business grants and prizes! NextGen AI Summer Membership Unlock a summer of innovation, creativity, and hands-on tech learning with the NextGen AI Summer Membership! This all-access pass enrolls your student in every NextGen AI camp session from June 2 to August 29, offering a consistent schedule and a vibrant community of fellow innovators. Skip the upfront cost—spread your payments evenly across three months. Camp location: Check to see if your school is listed or call 513-443-5144 Full Day (Mon–Fri, 9:00 AM–3:00 PM) Extended Day Care: Available for an additional fee Membership Benefits: Guaranteed placement in all NextGen AI camp tracks Priority access to special events, guest speakers, and grant competitions Supportive environment for building friendships and tech skills Simplified registration and payment for busy families How to Enroll: Choose “NextGen AI Summer Membership” when registering, select your schedule, and your membership will be activated for the entire summer. Monthly payments are automatically billed. TIPS: - ALL NextGen AI camps are for students currently in 6th grade-12th grade - Students in the 2 week or Full Summer Pro camps are eligible for our business grants - Apply for a scholarship online or in person

Cancellation Policy
How to Enroll: All classes and camps must be booked through the Tech Time Cincinnati Foundation website. Available sessions and time slots are displayed in real time. Advance Booking: We recommend enrolling as early as possible to secure your preferred session. Some programs may fill quickly. Confirmation: After enrolling, you will receive a confirmation email with your session details. Please review this information carefully and contact us immediately if any corrections are needed. Payment: For paid programs, full payment is required at the time of enrollment via our secure online payment system. Memberships and scholarship programs may have other payment options. Preparation: For certain classes or mentorship sessions, you may be asked to provide relevant information or complete pre-camp assignments to enhance your learning experience. Standard Cancellations: You may cancel or reschedule your enrollment up to 14 days before the scheduled start time with no penalty. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 14 days before the session start time will incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the program fee to cover reserved resources and staffing. For free programs, no fee is charged, but we kindly ask you to notify us as soon as possible so we can offer the spot to others. No-Shows: If you do not attend your scheduled class or camp without prior notice, this will be considered a no-show. No-shows for paid programs will be charged the full program fee and may be restricted from future bookings. Refunds: For eligible cancellations made within the permitted time frame, a full refund will be issued within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Program Cancellation by Tech Time Cincinnati Foundation: Tech Time Cincinnati Foundation reserves the right to cancel any session due to insufficient enrollment, instructor illness, inclement weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. If we cancel a session you are enrolled in, you will be notified as soon as possible and offered the choice of A full refund of the program fee paid. Transferring your enrollment to another available session at no additional charge.
