Tech It Easy is a dynamic, monthly on- going training program tailor-made for seniors, aimed at boosting cognitive abilities and cultivating independence in the digital realm. Our program provides a vibrant and supportive atmosphere where seniors can learn and interact with a variety of technological tools with confidence. Our sessions run for 4 hours each day, Monday through Friday, over 6 consecutive months, culminating in hours of comprehensive training. While participants have the option to use devices provided by us, we highly encourage bringing your own electronic devices. This approach ensures you gain familiarity with your personal technology, making it easier to navigate once you're back in the comfort of your home. Our curriculum is meticulously crafted to equip seniors with the practical skills and knowledge essential for daily life. Through the Tech It Easy program, seniors will master how to: Navigate through smartphones, tablets, and laptops, Conduct secure online bill payments, Check and send emails, along with text messages, Implement online safety and security protocols, Participate in engaging memory-enhancing games and cognitive exercises, Set up and manage social media profiles, Make video calls using platforms like FaceTime, And much more! Furthermore, our program includes exclusive access to our dedicated after-hours support line, offering personalized assistance from our expert live agents for any tech-related queries. Please note, this after-hours support is available for one personal electronic device per participant for the duration of the program.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel please contact us within 48hrs of your scheduled appointment to avoid a cancelation fee. You can reschedule once for your existing appointments do to high demand.
