Tech It Easy is an ongoing technology education service designed for adults and seniors seeking to build confidence and independence with everyday technology. Classes: Monday-Friday 9a-3p Options: Jump into our popular 1-week beginner explorer camp or take a deep dive into our 2-week learning camp— perfect for adventurous individuals! Key Features: Flexible Scheduling: Classes run every other week, making it easy to fit tech learning into your routine. Comprehensive Sessions: Each enrollment includes three connected sessions (Mon, Wed, Fri), providing in-depth, hands-on instruction on topics such as computer basics, smartphones, tablets, internet safety, social media, and more. Supportive Environment: Small class sizes and patient instructors ensure personalized attention and a comfortable pace for all learners. Practical Skills: Lessons are designed to help students use technology confidently in daily life—whether for communication, entertainment, safety, or productivity. How It Works: Sign Up: Register for Tech It Easy online and select your preferred session week. Attend: Join your scheduled classes on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday (4 hours each day). Repeat: Sign up for additional sessions as your skills grow or as new topics are offered. Eligibility: Open to all adults and seniors interested in improving their technology skills. No prior experience required. Location: Classes are held at Tech Time Cincinnati Foundation locations or at partner senior facilities. Terms: Students may re-enroll for additional weeks as desired. Cancellation Policy
How to Enroll: All classes and camps must be booked through the Tech Time Cincinnati Foundation website. Available sessions and time slots are displayed in real time. Advance Booking: We recommend enrolling as early as possible to secure your preferred session. Some programs may fill quickly. Confirmation: After enrolling, you will receive a confirmation email with your session details. Please review this information carefully and contact us immediately if any corrections are needed. Payment: For paid programs, full payment is required at the time of enrollment via our secure online payment system. Memberships and scholarship programs may have other payment options. Preparation: For certain classes or mentorship sessions, you may be asked to provide relevant information or complete pre-camp assignments to enhance your learning experience. Standard Cancellations: You may cancel or reschedule your enrollment up to 14 days before the scheduled start time with no penalty. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 14 days before the session start time will incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the program fee to cover reserved resources and staffing. For free programs, no fee is charged, but we kindly ask you to notify us as soon as possible so we can offer the spot to others. No-Shows: If you do not attend your scheduled class or camp without prior notice, this will be considered a no-show. No-shows for paid programs will be charged the full program fee and may be restricted from future bookings. Refunds: For eligible cancellations made within the permitted time frame, a full refund will be issued within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Program Cancellation by Tech Time Cincinnati Foundation: Tech Time Cincinnati Foundation reserves the right to cancel any session due to insufficient enrollment, instructor illness, inclement weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. If we cancel a session you are enrolled in, you will be notified as soon as possible and offered the choice of A full refund of the program fee paid. Transferring your enrollment to another available session at no additional charge.
