Summer Explorer Camp Dates: July 7 – July 21 Summer Explorer: Jump into our popular 1-week beginner explorer camp or take a deep dive into our 2-week learning camp—perfect for aspiring creators! Camp location: TTCF Education Building Check to see if your school is listed or call 513-443-5144 Full Day (Mon–Fri, 9:00 AM–3:00 PM) Extended Day Care: Available for an additional fee Step into the spotlight—whether you want to be on camera or behind the scenes! YouTube Creator Lab is your ticket to becoming a digital creator, animator, and influencer. In this camp, you’ll learn how to build and grow your own YouTube channel using a mix of animation, AI tools, and creative editing. Whether you want to create a faceless channel, animate original characters, or launch your own mini series, you’ll get hands-on experience bringing your ideas to life. Animate & Create: Use AI and animation tools to design characters, craft stories, and produce your own short mini series or videos—no drawing skills required! Faceless or On-Camera: Choose your style! Make engaging faceless content or step in front of the camera if you want. Master Video Production: Script, edit, and add effects to your videos with step-by-step guidance from experienced creators. Grow Your Audience: Learn YouTube SEO, social media promotion, and how to build a channel that gets noticed. Collaborate & Connect: Work with fellow campers, share feedback, and brainstorm new content ideas together. Channel Showcase: Premiere your videos on the NextGen AI YouTube channel and see what it’s like to launch content to a real audience! Scholarships Tech Time Cincinnati Foundation wants as many kids as possible to have the opportunity to attend our camps. However, we know that the cost of camp can be a burden for some families. The Tech Time Cincinnati Foundation Scholarship Fund exists to help students attend a NextGen AI Business & Marketing camp. Camp Scholarship awards are based on financial need and demand for camp is high; therefore, qualifying for a scholarship does not guarantee a camp scholarship award, or a spot in summer camp. This program allows one camp scholarship per child per summer. However, if a family has more than one child, applications can be submitted for each child. TIPS: - ALL NextGen AI camps are for students currently in 6th grade-12th grade - Students in the 2 week or Full Summer Pro camps are eligible for our business grants - Apply for a scholarship online or in person

Cancellation Policy
How to Enroll: All classes and camps must be booked through the Tech Time Cincinnati Foundation website. Available sessions and time slots are displayed in real time. Advance Booking: We recommend enrolling as early as possible to secure your preferred session. Some programs may fill quickly. Confirmation: After enrolling, you will receive a confirmation email with your session details. Please review this information carefully and contact us immediately if any corrections are needed. Payment: For paid programs, full payment is required at the time of enrollment via our secure online payment system. Memberships and scholarship programs may have other payment options. Preparation: For certain classes or mentorship sessions, you may be asked to provide relevant information or complete pre-camp assignments to enhance your learning experience. Standard Cancellations: You may cancel or reschedule your enrollment up to 14 days before the scheduled start time with no penalty. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 14 days before the session start time will incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the program fee to cover reserved resources and staffing. For free programs, no fee is charged, but we kindly ask you to notify us as soon as possible so we can offer the spot to others. No-Shows: If you do not attend your scheduled class or camp without prior notice, this will be considered a no-show. No-shows for paid programs will be charged the full program fee and may be restricted from future bookings. Refunds: For eligible cancellations made within the permitted time frame, a full refund will be issued within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Program Cancellation by Tech Time Cincinnati Foundation: Tech Time Cincinnati Foundation reserves the right to cancel any session due to insufficient enrollment, instructor illness, inclement weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. If we cancel a session you are enrolled in, you will be notified as soon as possible and offered the choice of A full refund of the program fee paid. Transferring your enrollment to another available session at no additional charge.
