Price’s journey into the realm of digital inclusion was ignited by a poignant personal experience that reshaped her understanding of technology's essential role in society. From a young age, Price was captivated by science fiction and the dreams of flying cars. These early interests laid the groundwork for a lifelong passion for technology. As she grew, so did her interests, branching into the medical field following the birth of her nephew. This pivotal event steered her towards a career in medicine, leading to her graduation from medical school and eventually a role as a Public School Nurse in Cincinnati, where she was always at the forefront of the latest cell phone technology.
 

However, it was during the COVID-19 pandemic that Price’s professional focus took a significant turn. The pandemic’s impact on education, particularly the shift to online learning, highlighted the struggles faced by older adults in adapting to new technologies. Price witnessed firsthand the challenges her mother, Patrice, an elementary school teacher for over 50 years, faced as she struggled to adapt to the digital demands of her job. The limited exposure to technology and reduced cognitive engagement during this period contributed to Patrice's early onset of dementia, a turning point that deeply affected Price. Motivated by her mother’s experience and the broader implications for the aging population, Price founded Tech Time Cincinnati. This mission-driven endeavor aimed at closing the communication gap between medicine and technology.
